Our shop offers a 30-day returns guarantee.
Start a return
Email hello@angryrooster.co.uk with your order reference and the item you want to return. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to use our returns guarantee.
For our 30-day returns promise, send items back in their original packaging. We do not charge a return-processing fee, but you pay return postage. Email us for the return address and instructions before sending an item back.
These conditions do not limit your statutory cancellation rights or your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect. Contact us about a faulty or incorrect item so we can arrange a remedy, including any necessary return costs.
Your online cancellation rights
You can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop.
For a statutory cancellation, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Any standard delivery charge is also refunded. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or different from your order. The 30-day returns promise does not limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty goods. Sale items have the same statutory rights.
