Who to contact
For privacy questions or requests about information you have shared with Angry Rooster, email hello@angryrooster.co.uk.
Information you provide
Account and community forms collect information such as your name, email address and account credentials. Checkout collects order details, contact information and delivery information. Feedback forms collect the message, ratings and any optional contact, order or browser details you provide.
How we use it
We use account information to provide account access; order information to process payments, fulfil purchases and handle returns; and messages to answer questions and improve our products. Marketing signups are used for the updates you request. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
Services that support the shop
The shop uses Supabase for accounts and stored information, Stripe for checkout and payments, and Netlify for hosting. Payment details are entered in the payment provider’s checkout. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver an order.
The site also includes Google Firebase Analytics to measure visits and shopping interactions, and loads resources such as fonts and scripts from external providers. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details.
Browser storage
The site uses browser storage to remember your shopping bag, account session and interface preferences. Feedback may be stored on your device while a submission is waiting to be sent. Analytics services can use cookies or similar identifiers. You can manage cookies and clear site storage through your browser; doing so can clear your bag or sign you out.
Retention and your rights
Information is retained for the purposes described above and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about retention for a particular record, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or object to marketing. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
